NATO
The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, based in Brussels, is currently in the process of converting its existing flat html site into a dynamically generated site through a CMS rebuild. I have been working with the Nato team on this revuild for the past year, advising and project managing the back end cms work and other such things like content migration.
The project is constantly evolving as requirements from their own work change, meaning that work packages need to be well defined and slot in with their own development as and when needed. Most of the work has been undertaken by myself and my team onsite at Nato.
